PLEASE NOTE:
– As per ChampionsGate Resort policy, upon making your reservation, we will require the names of the drivers of any vehicle, including names of all adults over 18 in order to enter the resort and access on-site amenities.
– Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.
– Please note that the Championsgate registration system requires a QR code parking pass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.
– There are pots and pans in the Kitchen. Please bring your own condiments if you plan to cook.
– Pool and Spa heat is an additional $40 per night and must be on for the duration of your stay. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the pool may not heat all the way to the desired temperature.
– Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.
– Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.
– Fireworks Notice Please be advised that fireworks are not allowed on the property.
– HOUSE RULES

* Guest List: A complete guest list is required prior to check-in.
– Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
