This is a gorgeous modern townhome and has been totally renovated from top to bottom located in the guard gated Windsor Palms Resort. The splash pool, which can be heated during Winter time for an additional fee. The pool area is fully screened in so you will not be bothered by bugs. There is a table and some chairs outside. There is also a child safety fence.
The kitchen has been totally upgraded with beautiful granite counters and tile backsplash, new cabinets. It is fully equipped with everything you need. It includes a stainless steel microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Also supplied is a blender, regular drip coffee maker, etc.
The living room area has two leather sofas, a large TV with cable channels. The dining table seats four people and there is also bar with stools. Ceiling fans are in the living room and also in every bedroom.
The downstairs bedroom has a queen size memory foam bed, a ceiling fan, a large tv and an ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower. This bathroom can also be accessed from the main living area.
Upstairs is a master bedroom with a king size bed, a large walk in closet, a large tv and its own ensuite bathroom with shower tub and double sinks. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed on the top and a full size on the bottom, a closet, a TV, and ensuite bathroom with shower tub. Laundry area has washing machine and dryer. All bath towels and linens are provided. Iron, ironing board, hair dryers and children high chair, pack n play, and a stroller are also provided.
