PLEASE NOTE:
– Must be at least 25 years old to book.
– No need to worry if you arrive late, we offer keyless pad entry! Additional details will be provided upon booking.
– Guests are expected to respect the resort’s quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. We reserve the right to remove guests who violate these rules and/or cause disturbances in the community.
– Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home including the patio and screened-in lanai area.
– Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed.
– Pets are not permitted in the home.
-Pool/Spa heat is available for $40 dollars per day and must be turned on for the duration of your stay. Please let us know in advance of your arrival if wish to add this service.
-Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.2
-Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.
– Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.
– We have pots and pans in the kitchen, please bring condiments.
– No need to worry if you arrive late, we offer keyless pad entry! Additional details will be provided upon booking.
